How we supply
Demand is fulfilled through own production plus a qualified outsourcing network, so the catalog is not capped by our own factory's machine list: standard families ship from our own lines, and volumes, special variants or capacity peaks are fulfilled through vetted partner plants. Either way the commercial terms, the batch verification and the export documentation below stay the same — quotations state which route a given order takes when it matters to your decision.

Supported processes: Cold Heading, Hot Forging, Thread Rolling, Precision Machining, Heat Treatment. Standard size range runs to M36 diameter and 300 mm length; minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per item. Thread rolling runs at 6g/6h tolerance class on 20 flat-die machines; heads are formed on 12 multi-station cold formers at IT6–IT7.
Certifications and quality
Traceability: full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Every batch is released by the in-house lab before packing:
- Spectrometer — Material composition analysis (accuracy: 0.01%)
- Salt Spray Tester — Corrosion resistance testing (accuracy: NSS 48-96h)
- Tensile Testing Machine — Mechanical property testing (accuracy: Grade 8.8-12.9)
From RFQ to shipment
- Send your requirement — Standard designation (DIN/ISO/JIS), a drawing, or a sample — with grade, finish and quantity.
- Quotation — Price, MOQ and lead time confirmed against the current production schedule.
- Samples and first-article inspection — Samples with material certificates; dimensional report on request.
- Batch production and shipment — In-house lab release per batch, export-grade packing, container loading plan.
Export and commercial terms
Packing: Export-grade wooden crates; Palletized with shrink wrap; Custom branded boxes. Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment); L/C at sight; PayPal for samples. Export credit insurance via Sinosure; warranty 12 months against manufacturing defects and material failure.
Limits, required inputs and deliverables
Confirmed order limits: MOQ from 1,000 units; size range to M36 × 300 mm; in-house corrosion testing limited to the NSS 48-96h window. Deliverables per batch: mill test certificate (mtc); dimensional report; salt spray test report, plus full batch traceability from raw material to finished product.
What an RFQ needs: a standard designation (DIN/ISO/JIS/ANSI/ASME/GB), a drawing or a sample — with grade, finish system and quantity. Anything the parts must ship with (certificates, reports, customs paperwork) belongs in the same inquiry so the quote covers it.
