What we collect and how it is used

Who is responsible

Hefei IndFastPro Import & Export Co., Ltd. operates this site and is the recipient of all inquiry data. Data-handling questions and deletion requests go to sales@indfastpro.com.

What you type into the form

Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp contact, and — when you arrive from a supplier-listing link — the supplier name and machine of interest. Name, email and phone/WhatsApp are required. We use this information solely to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation.

On some product pages the inquiry form offers optional structured specification fields — for example quantity, thread diameter, length, strength grade, material, surface treatment or coating, and destination country. Every one of them is optional; leaving them blank does not affect your submission. When you submit, the product name, its standard designation and the page you are on are included with your inquiry automatically, so we know which part you are asking about.

You may attach files (drawings, spec sheets, photos — up to 5 files, 2 MB each). Attached files are delivered to our sales mailbox together with your inquiry and kept with it for the same retention period. Do not attach files containing payment or identity details you would not share for a quotation.

What is collected automatically with your submission

To evaluate lead quality and prevent spam, the form adds technical context to the notification email:

• The page you submitted from, your landing page, the referring site, UTM parameters and advertising click IDs (for example gclid).
• Your session path on this site: the last pages visited, page count, session duration and time spent before submitting.
• Device and browser context: device type, operating system, browser, your local time zone and browser language preferences.

The delivery service (Cloudflare) also provides your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (city or region and country) and its time zone. These are included in the notification email for fraud and abuse screening.

Spam protection

Submissions pass a hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates your browser with its own cookies and privacy terms. Submissions that fail these checks are rejected and not delivered.

Local browser storage

Session-related values above are held in your browser's session storage under b2b-* keys and clear when you close the tab. No tracking cookies are set by this site.

Storage, retention and sharing

Inquiries exist in our sales mailbox and in the submission database described above. We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to handle the business relationship and delete them on request. We do not sell inquiry data or use it to advertise to you. It is processed by our email provider (email delivery) and Cloudflare (site delivery, bot protection), and disclosed to nobody else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

You can submit an inquiry without the optional fields. To access, correct or delete an inquiry email, write to sales@indfastpro.com from the address you used, quoting the submission date.
