Ordering & documentation

Documents

Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.

Quotation

  • The fastener family (Rivets) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
  • Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
  • Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
  • Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.

Sample & supply

Minimum order quantity is 10,000–50,000 pieces depending on size. Standard production run 10–20 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.

Storage & shipping

Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.

Available grades

Each F1554 grade has its own specification page — mechanical properties, ordering details and RFQ guidance per grade.

Frequently asked questions

Open-end blind rivets or structural rivets — which do I need?

Open-end blind rivets (DIN 7337 / ISO 15977) cover general-purpose blind fastening; structural rivets (IFI-114) are the higher-strength choice where the joint must handle greater shear and clamp. Name the application and the grip range on the RFQ — the quote confirms which family and head style (blind, solid, structural) fits before production.

Which rivet material suits my environment?

The quoted range covers carbon steel (10B21/10B33/35K/45K), stainless A2-70 (304) and A4-80 (316), alloy steel grade 8.8–12.9, brass CW614N and aluminum 6061. Aluminum body rivets suit general outdoor weight-sensitive work; A4 stainless suits marine and chemical exposure. If the service environment is aggressive, say so in the RFQ and the quote confirms the material pairing with you.

What is the MOQ and lead time for rivets?

The minimum order quantity is 10,000–50,000 pieces depending on size. Standard production runs 10–20 days. Head options and coatings outside the standard list are confirmed at quotation.
