DIN 126 Flat Washers (Un-chamfered, Normal Series)
DIN 126 flat washers, normal series without chamfer, M5 to M160 — the plain bearing washer in its simplest form — with the full collected 35-size table: bore and outside diameters, thickness limits and the source's reference mass per 1000 units.

Specifications
DIN 126 is the plain flat washer in its un-chamfered form: a flat ring that spreads the fastener's clamp load over a wider bearing surface, covers oversized or slotted holes, and protects the workpiece face — with no countersink on the bore, which keeps it the cheapest washer in the normal series and the right choice wherever the washer does not need to sit tight against a formed head radius. The collected table runs M5 to M160 — from small machinery work up to the largest structural and plant sizes — with the bore d (nominal and max), outside diameter d c (nominal and min), the h thickness triple (Nominal Size / max / min), and the source's reference mass per 1000 units, the figure bulk purchasers price the washer line from. Where a chamfered bore must seat against a rolled-head fillet, the counterpart is DIN 125 on this site; for large fender-style coverage see DIN 9021; for structural bolting the HV line is DIN 6916. Materials and finishes are not printed by the collected specification and stay per RFQ.

Ordering & documentation
Documents
Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.
Quotation
- The fastener family (DIN 126 Flat Washers (Un-chamfered, Normal Series)) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
- Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
- Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
- Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.
Sample & supply
Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items run 3–7 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.
Storage & shipping
Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.
Frequently asked questions
DIN 126 or DIN 125 — when does the missing chamfer matter?
When the washer meets a formed head fillet. DIN 125's chamfered bore clears the radius under a rolled or washer-faced head so the washer seats flat against it; DIN 126's square-cut bore can sit proud on one side there, tilting the washer and loading it on an edge. In normal bolt-through-plate work with a plain nut and bolt, the chamfer buys nothing — DIN 126 does the same load-spreading job at lower cost, and in the larger sizes above the usual DIN 125 range it is often the stocked option. Check which one the joint drawing calls for before substituting.
What is the MOQ and lead time for this washer type?
The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items ship in 3–7 days; non-stock items are confirmed at quotation. Common sizes are widely stocked; confirm the exact schedule against quantity and size mix at quotation.
