Why does the type V table print single outside-diameter values instead of min/max?
That is how the source tabulates the countersunk form: the V washer's outside diameter and thickness are printed as single values per size (d c 4.2 at size 2.2 rising to 30.2 at size 17, h 0.2 rising to 0.6), while only the hole diameter carries a max tolerance above nominal. The likely reason is functional rather than sloppy: in a countersunk seat the cone angle, not the outer rim, controls fit — the washer is deliberately sized under the head's cone so the rim never interferes — so the source prints the cone-relevant values once. The same single-value presentation carries into the tooth counts (10 minimum at size 2.2 up to 30 at size 17). If your drawing tolerances the outer rim explicitly, quote the drawn limits on the RFQ — the collected table does not tabulate them.
