DIN 1441 Flat Washers for Clevis Pins (Coarse)
DIN 1441 coarse flat washers for clevis pins, bores d1 5,5–102 mm — the plain washer whose bore runs one size over the reference thread to suit a clevis-pin shaft, with the collected bore/outside-diameter/thickness ladder.

Specifications
DIN 1441 is the coarse-series companion to DIN 1440: a plain flat washer whose bore is sized for the shaft of a clevis pin — which runs larger than the reference thread the standard prints, hence the one-size offset (the 7 mm bore pairs with M6, the 21 mm bore with M20, through the 102 mm bore at M100). The collected table runs 36 sizes with outside diameters d2 10 → 125 mm and thicknesses s 0,8 → 14 mm, plus the source's weight-per-1000 column. In a clevis joint the washer does three quiet jobs: it carries the pin head seat, it takes the wear when the fork works, and it sets the side play of the fork against the pin head — so bore fit (sliding on the pin, not clamped), outside diameter (cover the seat, clear the fork walls) and thickness (as printed per bore) are the three reads off the table. Where the assembly uses a pin threaded at its own shaft size with a medium-type washer, DIN 1440 is the counterpart in this catalog. Material and finish are not tabulated by the collected specification — per RFQ.

Materials
- Material specified per RFQ — state whether the clevis works under load (wear moves the choice toward harder or case-hardened stock, confirmed at quotation)
Ordering & documentation
Documents
Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.
Quotation
- The fastener family (DIN 1441 Flat Washers for Clevis Pins (Coarse)) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
- Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
- Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
- Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.
Sample & supply
Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items run 3–7 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.
Storage & shipping
Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the DIN 1441 bore run bigger than the thread it is listed under?
Because the washer fits the pin, not a bolt shank: a clevis pin's shaft is a smooth diameter that runs over the nominal thread size, so the standard offsets the bore one step up from the reference thread — the 13 mm bore pairs with M12, the 41 mm bore with M40. Order by the bore your pin actually measures: quote the measured pin diameter and the washer follows from the table (d2 and s per bore, verbatim in the ladder above). Two practical cautions: where the source lists the same bore twice against adjacent threads (34 mm at M32/M33, 37 mm at M35/M36), it is one washer serving two thread lines — order once; and neither the collected table nor the standard print fixes material or finish, so state the joint environment on the RFQ and the stock is confirmed at quotation.
