ISO 7092 Washers for Cheese Head Screws
ISO 7092 small-series plain washers for cheese head screws — nominal sizes 1,1 to 37 mapped M1 to M36, the compact outside diameter that fits under small cylindrical heads, with the collected d1/d2/h ladder and kg/1000 weights.

Specifications
ISO 7092 is the small-series washer matched to cheese head screws and other small cylindrical heads: a reduced outside diameter (5 mm at M2,5, 9 mm at M5 — roughly 1,8 d) that slips under a head whose bearing circle is narrow, in the machine-assembly gauges from M1 up to M36. The collected ladder tabulates each size with bore min/max, outside max/min, thickness nominal/max/min and a kg/1000 pcs weight (0,01 g-class at M1 up to 61,5 kg at M36). Size the washer by the screw — the "For thread" column in the collected table maps each nominal size to its thread — and expect the bore to run a hair over the thread nominal for clearance (M5 washers: 5,3 mm bore). One verbatim quirk is flagged on the table: the source prints the M2,5 bore max (2,64) below its min (2,7), so quote that size's bore per RFQ if it is measurement-critical. Material and finish are not tabulated by the collected specification — per RFQ.

Materials
- Material and finish specified per RFQ — small-series washers for instrument and machine assembly are commonly steel or stainless; state the application at quotation
Ordering & documentation
Documents
Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.
Quotation
- The fastener family (ISO 7092 Washers for Cheese Head Screws) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
- Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
- Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
- Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.
Sample & supply
Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items run 3–7 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.
Storage & shipping
Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Why choose the small series over a normal-series washer for a small screw?
Bearing area versus clearance. A cheese head screw bears on a circle roughly equal to its own head diameter, so a normal-series washer whose outside diameter is 2,5–3× the thread sticks out past the head and carries no load on the overhang — it also needs more room on crowded mounting plates. ISO 7092 keeps the outside diameter close to the head (9 mm at M5 against the normal series' 10 mm and the ISO 7093 large series' 15 mm), so the washer spreads the head load without overhanging. The collected weights make the material saving legible too: 0,32 kg/1000 at M5. If your seat is flat steel and clearance is no issue, the ISO 7089/7090 pages carry the normal-series ladders; material and finish go on the RFQ either way.
