DIN 2093 Disc Spring Washers (Belleville)
DIN 2093 disc spring washers (Belleville washers), outside diameters 8 to 250 mm — the conical spring washer that maintains preload under bolt length changes and thermal cycling — with the full collected 29-size table: outside and bore diameters, thickness, heights and the source's washer series.

Specifications
A DIN 2093 disc spring is a conical washer that acts as a spring: loaded axially it flattens, and the deflection force keeps the bolted joint under tension even when the bolt stretches, the gasket creeps, or the assembly thermally cycles. That is why Belleville washers appear on bolted joints subject to vibration and temperature swings, on bearing preload stacks, on safety valves and on clutches. The collected table covers outside diameters 8 to 250 mm — 29 sizes — with the outside diameter d 2 (max = nominal size (h12) / min), bore d 1 (min = nominal size (H12) / max), material thickness t, the reduced-thickness form t 1 (printed by the source only for the two largest sizes), the unloaded overall height h 1, the conical height h, and the source's Washer Series number (1, 2 or 3 — the grouping the standard uses for load-deflection behaviour). Load figures and spring materials are not tabulated by the collected specification and stay per RFQ.

Ordering & documentation
Documents
Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.
Quotation
- The fastener family (DIN 2093 Disc Spring Washers (Belleville)) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
- Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
- Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
- Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.
Sample & supply
Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items run 3–7 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.
Storage & shipping
Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Disc springs or conical spring washers — which one holds preload?
They solve different problems. A DIN 6796 conical spring washer is a short, stiff element that adds friction locking under the bolt head; its travel is tiny, and it suits joints that see light vibration. A DIN 2093 disc spring is a true spring with millimetres of deflection: it absorbs bolt elongation, gasket creep and differential thermal expansion while keeping the clamp load in range, and stacks of discs multiply travel or force. If the joint loses preload because parts move relative to each other, the disc spring is the component; if the joint just needs to resist backing off, the cheaper conical washer is enough. Size by the tabulated outside diameter and bore, then specify the load requirement at RFQ.
What is the MOQ and lead time for this washer type?
The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items ship in 3–7 days; non-stock items are confirmed at quotation. Common sizes are widely stocked; confirm the exact schedule against quantity and size mix at quotation.
