DIN 525 Studs for Welding
Metric studs for welding to DIN 525 — plain-weldable studs M6 to M48 with the source's length ladder (nominal/min/max per size, 130 → 390 mm), the +2P,0 length tolerance band and the collected kg/1000 weight column.

Specifications
DIN 525 covers the plain metric stud for welding: a unthreaded weld-penetration tip gets welded into the workpiece (typically drawn-arc or capacitor-discharge welding), then the thread carries the fixture. The collected ladder runs M6 to M48, and unlike the screw-mate studs the length is a fixed ladder per size — 130 mm at M6 stepping to 390 mm at M48 — with min/max tolerances tabulated (±2 mm at the small end, ±2.9 mm at the large end). The b row carries the source's "+2P,0" length-tolerance band on the unthreaded weld end, and the kg/1000 column (26 kg at M6 up to 5,110 kg at M48) matters when the job is crates of anchors for a shop floor. Weld consumable side, gun settings and ceramic ferrule pairing are process selections — not tabulated by the collected specification — so name the welding process and base material on the RFQ. Stud material and mechanical properties are likewise not printed by the source — per RFQ.

Materials
- Weldable stud steel specified per RFQ — welding studs are produced in weldable carbon steels matched to the base material and process; state the base plate grade and welding method at quotation
Ordering & documentation
Documents
Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.
Quotation
- The fastener family (DIN 525 Studs for Welding) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
- Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
- Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
- Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.
Sample & supply
Minimum order quantity is 1,000–10,000 pieces depending on size. Stock items run 3–7 days. High-strength and custom parts run 15–25 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.
Storage & shipping
Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.
Frequently asked questions
The DIN 525 table lists one length per size — can I get other lengths?
The collected source tabulates a single nominal length ladder per thread size (130 mm at M6 through 390 mm at M48) with its min/max tolerances, so treat those as the designation's standard lengths. Other lengths are a manufacturing question, not a table question: because the thread runs over the usable stud, a different length changes weld-behaviour targets and is quoted per drawing rather than read off the ladder. Put the exact diameter × length callout on the RFQ and the process-side details (weld method, ferrule, base material) alongside it.
