DIN / ISO Specifications List

The collected source's specifications index: DIN standard numbers grouped by number range (0-100 through 9001-10000) plus the ISO block (2338, 7379, 7380) — the catalogue map of which standards have documented technical pages, useful as a coverage checklist when a drawing cites a DIN number.

Specifications

Fastener drawings cite standard numbers, and the first lookup question is whether a technical reference exists for that number at all. This index is the collected source's own specifications list: DIN numbers grouped by range — from DIN 1, 7 and 84-97 in the low hundreds through the 401-480 bolt-and-washer block, the 525-582 and 603-661 stud/eye/rivet blocks, the dense 901-1000 nut-and-screw block (906 through 988), the 1001-2000 range carrying the clevis-pin and washers-for-pins families (1440, 1441, 1473-1481), the 2093/2339 disc-spring and taper-pin block, the 6319-6927 block (spherical washers through structural flange nuts) and the 7343-7991 block (spring pins, thread inserts, socket screws) — with ISO 2338, 7379 and 7380 listed separately. Use it as a coverage map, not a standards encyclopaedia: an entry means the collected source documents that designation; a gap (201-300, 3001-6000, 8001-9000 print empty) means no documented page there, and a number absent from a populated range is likewise undocumented — quote those per RFQ against the governing standard. For resolving a withdrawn DIN number to its current replacement, the crossover chart page is the companion to this index.

Materials

  • A specification number is not a material callout: when you locate your DIN number here, carry the property class / stainless grade separately on the RFQ — the documented pages tabulate dimensions, and material requirements ride the order

Ordering & documentation

Documents

Shipments are backed by Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Dimensional Report, Salt Spray Test Report on request, with full batch traceability from raw material to finished product. Quality management follows the owner-confirmed compliance list: ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH. Exact document sets are confirmed on the order.

Quotation

  • The fastener family (DIN / ISO Specifications List) plus the standard designation from your drawing — DIN / ISO / JIS / ASTM / ANSI, or a drawing for custom parts.
  • Size (diameter and length), thread type (metric or inch), property class or grade, and coating or finish.
  • Quantity per size and your target delivery date.
  • Destination country, and any required documents (for example a mill test certificate) so the quote includes them.

Sample & supply

Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Stock items run 3–7 days. Quantities or variants outside the standard range are confirmed at quotation.

Storage & shipping

Parts are packed for export and shipped factory-direct to buyers in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Store fasteners dry and protected until installation, and keep coated parts in their packaging until use; specific packing and preservation requirements can be stated on the order and confirmed at quotation.

Frequently asked questions

My drawing cites a DIN number that does not appear in this index. Does that mean the part is unavailable?

No — it means the collected source documents no technical page for that number. The index is a coverage list of one supplier's documentation, and its gaps are explicit: whole ranges (201-300, 3001-6000, 8001-9000) print empty, and even populated ranges list only some numbers. Standards exist far beyond any single index — the practical path for an undocumented number is threefold: check whether the drawing's part crosses to a current designation (the DIN/ISO/EN crossover chart handles withdrawn numbers), quote the part per its governing standard with dimensions from the drawing itself, or send the RFQ with the drawing number attached and let sourcing confirm against current editions. What the index is genuinely good for is the reverse direction: before you assume a bespoke part, check whether the number is documented — a DIN 1481 or DIN 6799 in the list is a catalogued, dimensioned, supply-ready item, and that discovery saves a custom quote.

Why do some entries carry letter suffixes like 137A, 137B, 6319C/D or 7979D?

Because several DIN families split by form, and the suffix is the form designator, not a revision: DIN 137 form A (helical spring washers) and form B (wave washers) are different parts; DIN 6319 C and D are the spherical-washer seat variants (C with a flat nose seating washer, D recessed); DIN 7979 D is the internal-thread pull-out dowel form. The index carries the suffixes verbatim because treating "DIN 137" as one item would merge two distinct geometries into one lookup. The same discipline applies when you RFQ: include the form letter exactly as the drawing prints it — a "DIN 6319" callout without the C/D form is ambiguous at quotation, and resolving it after delivery is an expensive way to fix a one-character omission. Where the collected source documents only one form of a split standard, the suffix tells you which; the un-suffixed entries are the standards documented without form splits.
